I needed some extra luck last year so I designed these Daruma doll papercrafts so I could set some intentions and make a few wishes. I started off by figuring out what shape I wanted it to be and drawing up the template on Illustrator. Then when I was happy, I sketched the face on one side and did the rest as vector art in Illustrator again. Each colour has a specific meaning. Red for luck & good fortune. Blue for study & career success. Pink for love & romance. Green for physical health & wellness. Black for protection from bad luck & evil.
