This project started as a nickname my classmates gave me when I was a graphic design student in 2008. "Digit" sounded like a robot, so I wondered what she would look like. And that's where the original illustration came from. In 2010, I modified the hair and turned her into a 3D paper toy last year. I’ve made the template available as a free download so you can print it out and make one at home.
